Zespri
Trevelyan’s Class 1 Gold, Green and Red kiwifruit are sold to consumers all over the globe through Zespri. Zespri has the exclusive rights to export kiwifruit from New Zealand to all countries (other than Australia).
Through Zespri, Trevelyan's growers’ kiwifruit is exported to over 60 ports in over 30 countries.
Trevelyan Growers Ltd
Trevelyan Growers Ltd (TGL) is both the Registered Supplier of fruit to Zespri and the Grower Supply Entity. In basic terms, TGL looks after the supply of fruit from Trevelyan's growers to Zespri, represents Trevelyan’s growers in industry, takes care of service provider payments on behalf of growers, and forecasts OGRs.
TGL is governed by nine elected grower directors and three appointed Trevelyan Pack and Cool Ltd (TPCL) directors. This innovative partnership between packhouse and growers sets TGL apart from other Supply Entities in the industry.
New Zealand Golden Kiwifruit Company
New Zealand Golden Kiwifruit Company (NZGKC) was formed in 2015 by several postharvest entities (including Trevelyan’s) to coordinate, distribute, and sell Class 2 SunGold in the New Zealand market.
For Trevelyan’s growers, NZGKC allows the kiwifruit, which is not classified as Class 1 for export, to be reallocated as Class 2 SunGold and sold to domestic retailers; providing growers with an additional competitive channel that protects orchard value and delivers improved value back to growers.
NutriKiwi
The NutriKiwi™ brand is a unique collaboration, formed in 2016 by several postharvest entities (including Trevelyan’s) to coordinate, distribute, and sell Class A Green kiwifruit to Australia.
The postharvest companies involved in the NutriKiwi™ collectively grow, manage, and process over 50% of the total New Zealand Green kiwifruit crop entering Australia.
For Trevelyan’s growers, the NutriKiwi™ brand is a platform that enables them to sell their Green kiwifruit to domestic retailers in Australia, thereby, delivering value back to growers.
No.1 Road Pollen
Established in 2012, No. 1 Road Pollen is a partnership between Trevelyan’s Pack and Cool Ltd and Mat Johnston Contracting Ltd.
Operating from a dedicated KVH-accredited milling facility at Trevelyan’s site, No. 1 Road Pollen ensures kiwifruit growers have access to compliant, locally sourced kiwifruit pollen, that supports strong fruit set and consistent orchard performance.
